Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement before the withdrawal period ends by email to lampia@lampia.com. Please include your name, order number and the product you wish to return.
You may use the following wording: I hereby notify you that I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the following goods: (product name), ordered on (order date) and received on (delivery date). Name, address, order number and date.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait with the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise. We will not charge a fee for the refund.
Returning the goods
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective or we have agreed to bear that cost. Please contact us at lampia@lampia.com before sending a return so that we can confirm the current return address and instructions.
Please handle the goods only as much as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided by applicable law, including goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Any applicable exception will be communicated before purchase.
Defective or damaged goods
Your mandatory statutory rights for defective, damaged or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Please contact us promptly at lampia@lampia.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide the next steps for repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as required by applicable law.
