Products and availability
We aim to describe products, specifications, images and availability accurately. Product availability may change until an order is accepted. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will inform you and provide the next available options or a refund where applicable.
Orders and contract
An order is a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we accept and confirm the order. We may contact you to verify order details. Confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of the order and do not by themselves mean that the order has been accepted.
Prices and VAT
Prices and the applicable VAT treatment are shown during the ordering process. Any delivery charges and available payment fees are displayed before the order is submitted.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods, delivery options, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and form part of the order. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the indicated period. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you where required.
Consumer withdrawal
Consumers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. The conditions and procedure are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Defective goods and statutory rights
